botox shots in your back?

has anyone had botox injected into their back for back pain? did it work, does it hurt?

It did work for me, but the pain relief did not last as long as the Doctor thought it would. He thought It would last about 4 to 6 months, but honestly, it was better for about 3 weeks only.
It's a short term fix. I hate needles, but this really didn't hurt much. I had various injections in my back,neck, head and face. The ones in the face did hurt. This treatment is very expensive so I hope you have a good drug plan.
