I bet the cutest frame you could get is one you make yourself! Try Michael's, Hobby Lobby, or other craft stores. Get a blank frame, some paint, and little embelishments. It's so easy and it will be PERFECT!

I got a really cute one at a little shop close to my home. It had 11 small circles and one big circle in the middle.
You could look at Hobby Lobby or Michaels, and if you don't find one there, you could actually make one yourself, with a blank piece of matte material and a sharp exacto knife.
