One way is to mix it into his favorite wet food.*

I wouldn't dissolve it in water or milk because that might destroy the medicine; there must be a reason the med doesn't come in liquid form. And most cats are lactose intolerant and will get diahrea from milk.

If kitty isn't hard to pill, just give him or her the capsule.

The best way to give powdered medicine is either in food wet food is better something out of a can or in water or milk.Try opening a can of wet food and pour it in a bowl together and mix it well if he still wont eat it try something he likes like tuna,or another kind of canned food like canned ham,or chicken.Let him wash it down with a little milk it should work better.

Milk can cause an upset stomach in adult cats and even some kittens. I'd sprinkle it into soft cat food or some tuna in oil. Either that, or mix it into a little bit of water & use the eyedropper version mentioned previously.

Mix it with his/her favorite soft food ( make sure it is a small portion and cat will eat it, otherwise you 'll have to throw away soft food left in the dish. I give my cat powdered meds this way for the last 2.5 years, it works.

Mix it with his favorite wet canned food. But make the portion small to make sure that the cat wil eat all of it. This is what I do when Ineed to give my cat powdered med.

We have luck mixing it with canned food. But it has to be something the cat will eat, some cats don't like canned food. So it depends on your cat. Maybe mixing it with some tuna or tuna juice if that's what your cat prefers.

Mix it with milk. If your cat still wont take it, put it on the cats front paw, the cat will clean it off & will get the medicine in it.

Milk creates hair balls and indigestion (also...it might not mix with milk) Try wet food or somthing He/She likes (Treat).I sometimes use a baby eye dropper (mix meds with water). You'll have to fight your cat when using the dropper but if it's the only way?.........

The mixture of powder, milk and sugar sounds like an excellent idea. I would use an eye dropper to put it in the side of his mouth back by the jaw hinge so you are sure to get it down him.
