well the first move is talk to the guy, get to know him a little, "tell him that u like him", don't try to cover ur feelings let him plainly know that u really like him, see if he likes u too. when that happens all the rest will fall into place.

start conversation with him then eventually just come out and tell him that u like him.... hell admire u for that and chances are hes gonna say he likes you too, then the first move will happen on its own
