hes throwing up like crazy and im so upset hes been like this since last night i dont no what he did but if he ate something it should have wore of pleas i care for him so much and hes only 4 so please any thing

If he has been repeatedly vomiting for 24 hours he should be seen by a veterinarian. Does he have diarrhea as well? If not - how critical he be seen right away depends on what the problem is and how dehydrated he gets. Is he repeatedly vomiting or only after eating/drinking? Is he painful (belly)? It could be just gastrointestinal upset (by dietary indiscretion or viral) which may resolve on it's own, but you should call your veterinarian for instructions. There are certainly many life-threatening things that could be going on such as a GI foreign body, other obstruction, pancreatitis, and so on. Call an emergency clinic and see if they can determine (based on answers to questions such as these) if he needs to be seen immediately.

definitely take him to a vet right away. He could have something really wrong with him or maybe he just ate something wrong. My dogs usually just throw up once or twice if they dont like the food or if they eat too much grass. No matter whats wrong with him, take him to the vet immedietly before it gets worse and it doesnt matter if its late. say its an emergency.

My dog went through something similar when she got a stomach virus. I brought her to the vet and they put her on special food for a couple of days and I had to put pills in her food, too, but after a week and a half she was good as new.
If you can't afford to bring him to the vet right away don't feed him his normal food because it might be too much for a sensitive stomach. My dogs vet told me to feed her browned ground beef mixed with white rice (I don't know why) if she got sick like that again. It really works, it worked for my parents dog when he got sick, too. And the dogs like it because they get people food.
