fat people farts can fill up an entire room, it would take 20 other fat people breathing at the same time, for 30 minutes to effectively clense a room completely of the flatulance of just one, fat person farting.

Yes it does. If it did not then only one person could smell it. But as things are, if you cut a good one many people can enjoy it all at the same time. The best place to test this theory is a large mall on Christmas Eve or an indoor Football Bowl Game. Let a good one go and I am sure that just by the expressions on others faces, you can tell how many smelled it.

But beware, there is also the damage from second hand fart smells. If you breath it in and it comes back out your nose and I get a sniff of it, while it won't be as strong an odor, the danger to me is still there.

What you are actually smelling are tiny particles of fecal matter and as long as they are airborne, you will smell the fart, no matter how many others have that pleasure.
