I have arthritis in my spine for 35 yrs,now have seizer problems,had traffic accident,blanked out and don't remember anything.Am bipolar,generalized anxiety disorder and depression.am 52 yrs old,left the workforce 2 months ago becuase of seizures diagnosed 3 yrs ago,lost ODL,and don't trust my driving abilities no more.
The neurologist confirmed a mild abnormality in the left side of my brain.

Oh, try to determine the companies policy and workmen's compensation as well as your insurance. But then, try to seek medical assistance and a lawyer regarding this situation.
If you are from the United States, well, you can seek the medical assistance of the Christopher Reeves Foundation. I am sure the Foundation will help you. But then, please secure your medical history for they people from the Foundation will ask for that.

You definitely should be eligible; I know persons who have gotten it with a lot less problem than you. It is much easier to get now than it was in past years.

You should get it, but I suggest you get an attorney. Most ppl are turned down the first time they apply, btw.
