i usually take a slice or two of white bread (wonderbread or dempster) and put a few slives of turkey over top and then pour hot gravy over it.... turkey hotplate. Amaizing. You'll love it. I do it with left over roast as well its amaizing.

make lots of turkey soup, then freeze some of it for cold January and February days!

Sometimes I will take some and make a turkey spread for sandwiches- throw it in a food processor with some mayo, mustard, herbs and garlic, blend until smooth and then spread on bread for a quick snack!

make a red chili sauce and shred the turkey and put it in there. serve over mashed potatoes.
