I used to have those a lot. You NEED to get THERAPY~I assure you it WILL help you!! No, your not alone, and yes eventually this anxiety will subside. You may be prescribed meds, but it'll be worth it, I guarentee you that dear. Just get help, keep the faith, talking to someone like a counseler will make you feel so MUCH better. YOu'll heal more and more all the time until someday you will not even remember what a panic attack feels like. I'd suggest yoga to you as well, since meditation relaxes your mind, body and spirit. You can attend a class or have a private yoga class. hon something may very much be bothering you....definately address this issue w/your parents as well as another adult that you can trust. Take care

OMG, girl. You must be a little worst than me. I constantly get those too and hate everything around me when I get them. Take a deep breath. Smile, even though you might not want to. Get a pal to go with you places. Ignore your surroundings. Just be who you are and you will feel that there's really nothing wrong going on and that no one is attacking you. Of course, there are always mean people out there, but just always try and have a friend by side. It helps. Even a pet you can pet or talk to.

Don't panic, what you're experience is not unusual. Although it may not be normal on a day to day basis, the condition itself happens to some people. You really need to see a professional, your condition is a result of mental imbalances. Once a professional can determine your exact diagnosis he/she can prescribe what is best for you. Hang in there, do not despair. Your parents do not beleive you for various reasons; some could be that they are in denial, and not accepting of your "abnormal" condition, other could be of some previous history of which I have no way of knowing. Seek the help you need today so you can have a stable tomorrow. Best of luck.

Do your parents know that you scratch yourself? This is definitely the sign of an emotional problem. You need to see a psychiatrist or some type of doctor like that. This is a common problem among young people with emotional problems. If your parents do not believe - go to see a minister, anyone of them would be very glad to help you.

You are like everyone else that has panic attacks. Are you in some special minority - no, you have a form of anxiety that can be taken care of by professional care. If those nearest you fail to understand, then find somebody that does - a good friend, relative, or doctor that you trust.

Your parents either don't understand...or don't want to believe that something is wrong with their child. You need to seek help. Tell your parents that you want to see a therapist...You may need to make that first step yourself. You're obviously desiring help....you admitted your problem in public here on this forum. You're reaching out for help...that's a start. Find a medical professional that can help you. Don't be ashamed. You would be amazed at how many people out there have seen psychiatrists and/or are on medicines to help keep them "straight."

Where ever there's people there's always problem. That's normal. However, in order to minimise the friction, we should be more tolerant and understanding towards each other. Avoid provocation and violent when addressing an issue will help to settle matters with respect and appreciation.

How old are you? Sounds like you need to go to the Doctor. Show your parents where you scratch yourself maybe that'll open their eyes and get you some help. Hang in there.

Well, talk to someone you trust and READ about this disorder. That does help. Also see a doctor to rule out any physical issues.
