i find both to be beneficial. group offers a great deal of support and validation while individual therapy helps with problems not covered or relavent to the group. i would try both and see. if trying group, attend at least five sessions to ensure you get a real feel for it. anything less is cheating yourself.

I prefer single therapy but have also attended some groups. Sometimes it's good to hear from others to know that you are not alone and there are some who understand and you can all support each other.

Out of the three, I've always rated grope therapy as the best. You feel so much better and way more relaxed after a good session.

I prefer going one to one. I do not think I want to do group therapy. I have seen it and it really does not do what it should.

depends for me is better single therapy for me
