Onii-san is older brother.
Onee-san is older sister.
Imouto-san is younger sister.
Otouto-san is younger brother.

These are the polite words, you would politely call your older brother 'onii-san' to his face, and you would talk about your friend's onii-san.

If you're talking to someone else about your OWN relatives, you use different words - this is basically to show your respect to the person you're talking to by humbling your own family.

Ani = older brother.
Ane = older sister.
Imouto = younger sister.
Otouto / ototo / oto = younger brother.
(You do not use these when speaking to your own relatives though!)
