yes. Make sure your food doesn't have alot of fat that you cant burn off during a 1 hour run. If it does i recommend that you go to the gym during ur spare time and bicycle.

Count your calories and make sure you do not take in more calories than you can burn. Eat right and exercise. I know a lot of people say this but it is true. You must eat only what you can burn back off. If you like goodies like I do , then you need to ride bike or run or jog, some sort of vigorous exercise. I quit eating this like chicken with the skin and fried foods. I do not eat a lot of red meat. I do not eat things like pork, bacon, sausages. Fast food restaurants are OK if you go to them once in awhile. I do not eat but on my toast. I put the butter on the side and lightly brush it on, just for the flavor. Popcorn is a real bad thing if you like butter. I eat popcorn with salt but no butter. You can try to eat high in fiber foods and drink a glass of water before every meal and that will help take some of the room in your stomach and you wont eat as much. I tried the starving thing and it works but you got to know how to do it and it also is not a healthy way to lose weight. It can really harm your body, instead of helping you.
