Collard Greens are okay..I like Mustard Greens better..I am from California but my mom is from Kentucky.And family from Alabama.

I love collards, although I don't fix them myself. I never ate them until i was living with friends in Oakland, Calif. that was back in the 70's and we still eat em together today.

I actually like to use collard greens in my juicer with grapefruit, apple and blood orange juice too...
Sounds strange but tastes great and is good for you too!!

I tried some for the first time at a friend's house for christmas dinner.
It was okay similar to spinach but I couldn't imagine eating whole of bowl of it with cornbread or something.
