hows the best way to break up with sum 1 and where should I break up with him

the best way to break up with someone really depends on what type of personality they have but the most important thing of all is do NOT do it by e-mail, note, phone, answering machine, basically the best and only way I think it should be dealt with is in person

You should break up over the phone, because you never know how their going to react, or what their going to to. After you know that he/she is OK with it, you could talk in person.
