It would be best to see a doctor to find out why you are retaining water unless it is associated with your period. Many times, fluid retention is a symptom of a problem. If it is associated with your period, you can simply take Midol or consume a food/beverage that has natural diuretic effects. Such foods/beverages are:
cranberry juice
apple cider vinegar (combine with oil & use on a salad)
green tea
dandelion tea
cucumbers
watermelon
asparagus
beets
carrots
lettuce
tomatoes
cabbage
garlic

As you can see, a salad would be great! Just top it off with vinegar and oil but be sure it is apple cider vinegar!

You can use "cell-u-loss" which reduces the fluid retention called cellullite (the ugly fat) in human system

...you'll need to watch your salt and fluid intake....and get on a water pill...
also....I would suggest getting checked out by a doctor (if you haven't) because there are many thing can cause your body to retain fluids...
(like heart problems, kidney problems,ect...)

take a water pill (diauretic). you can get them over the counter

see you doctor for HTZ hydrclorathiazide or lasix
