I have an almost specific design how I want a tattoo, but I'm sure an artist could give me advice on it. Is any artist out there??

I'd go to the actual shop. Some tattoo artists are more expierienced than others. Just because one artist can do it doesn't insure your tattoo artist will be able to. Decide where you're going and ask if they can do it. If not,check around at other tattoo parlours.

There are plenty of artists who do customized tattoos from an idea or rough sketch. Chat to a tattoo artist...they don't bite!

you should just go to a tattoo shop.
tattoo artists are easy to talk to

go take it to whoever you want to tattoo you, they will give you the best advice.
