Is it possible in your situation to simply not talk to him? If not have you tried FIRMLY (not wavering so there is room for him to sliver back) say you are not interested, and you regardless of whether he and his wife believe there is something to said for their marriage vows their is something to be said for you self respect. Its harrd to answer specifically without know where each person is coming from. but i hope that gives you some ideas.

Well if his wife knows and doesn't care and you have flat out told him. Go tell the police get a restraining order. He'll get it soon enough.

If he is asking you a question, ask him what is wife said about the same question!! I would personally tell him that I would appreciated it if he wouldn't speak to me because he is asking or saying things he should be asking or saying to his wife and I'm not interested in hearing from him

Tell him you will call his wife if he does not leave you alone..The world would be a better place if people would do this more often...

Just be straight up with him and tell him that you are not interested and that you would never disrespect yourself that way. If his behavior bothers you it would help to let him know that. If he doensn't back off then you can start dropping the nice guy attitude and be like look Jerk I'm not interested.

Tell him you don't feel comfortable with he talking to you, and if he persists he will leave you with no other option but to call his wife.

stop talking to him...don't be near him, don't call him or take his calls......obviously you are giving him a reason to talk to you. Stay out of that mess because no matter what you will end up looking like the bad guy.
