do you flirt with your sister or brother?

someone i know i think does, but that's why i want to be sure if flirting with a sister or brother is possible..

like, if a brother looks at his sister a lot while there are like 2 other people around(his girlfriend and mother). why does he look at his sister a lot? it's not a long stare, but it is often a look towards her. like, when the brother speaks and laughs, he looks at his sister first and maybe only his sister, like to share a laugh. but, why not look at his girlfriend instead and smile at her? and his girlfriend and him live together with his parents. so, his girlfriend lives with him, his sister only works with him at a restaurant and he drives her to work and home since its the same apartment bulding they live in..he says he gets along with his sister. i just wonder, in what way? i thought his girlfriend which lives with him was closer to him, not his sister.......

is there any explanation to this?

they are never rude to eachother. his sister is married and has kids plus has commited adultery with some other guy.

I'm attending a religious Feast so I spend a lot of time out on the hotel balcony. The beach is visible from my vantage point.
The other day I observed a family. What appeared to be a mother and her two adolescent children.
The boy was in the water and I watched as his sister started hitting on him (I study body language)!
The female kept going into the water to be near her brother. I couldn't hear what she was saying but it was obvious that she was on the prowl and even flirted with him.
I believe the girl, in this case a sibling, was building up her nerve interacting with a male. The only male in her environment at the time happened to be her brother but she went through all the mating strategies, like trying to get him to carry her on his back, and it didn't take long before he was lying on the sand on his back while his sister covered him with sand.
"Another one bites the dust." is what I thought.
Now the girl who happens to be a sister is better prepared to face the world.
The mother and I watched the whole episode and the brother remained a perfect gentleman.
I also thought, "People wonder how brothers and sisters multiplied after Adam and Eve were kicked from the garden and what I witnessed is one explanation: It's natural and God made us the way we are."
I felt jealousy by the way when that 12 year old girl began her ritual. I wish I was 13 and that was my sister building up her nerve.
I can't complain though since my sister literally told me she would show me hers if I showed her mine and we did under the porch when we were 5 or six years old. After reading some of these answers it doesn't sound too uncommon.
