Well when I do drive I will NEVER drive in snow, I leave that up to you pro's. Water I am a pro! Hydroplaning is just what you do when it always rains.
I completely understand and you DO have a valid complaint!!
While in water the last thing one wants is someone turning in front of you without signals! Maybe these people got there drivers license in a cracker Jacks box- or do people even know what cracker jacks are these days ?. lol!

I know what you mean. When it snows in Chicago, OMG I think all the student drivers come out to drive (sorry kids). When it rains its still bad. They should all stay home and enjoy the weather, lol

I totally agree with you... i live in Arizona, where the snow birds come to visit, and i swear they think they are the only ones on the road! They are old as dirt, or have their cell phone growin outta their ear! no wonder there is ROAD RAGE!!!! people are so inconsiderate!!!!or stupid!!!
