It depends on the woman. Just like some are taller and some are shorter, larger & smaller, lighter & darker...I know you see where this is going...some women are more difficult than others when it comes to orgasm. You must also consider that the man (or other party) trying to get her there may not be good at it, or incompatible.
I met a woman that has two children and had never had an orgasm...at the time...anyways, back to the question.
Questions for you to think about:
1. Do you know that some women do not know themselves enough to have an orgasm (they may not know their g-spot, etc.)?
2. Did you know that bad experiences in a woman's past can make her closed off to allowing herself to orgasm (sexual molestation can do some bad things to the mind)?
Then on the other hand, there are women that can orgasm within seconds. There's tons to consider.
In a nutshell, "Not all women are alike," and that's pretty much it. You have to learn and deal with the differences.
Do me one favor though. Don't have sex with women just for the sake of doing it. There's enough of that going around.

It's easier to "help" a girl/woman have an orgasm. She has to be in the right frame of mind (mentally receptive and properly physically stimulated). That's why so many women fake it. They just give in to the guy working so hard and they don't want to hurt his feelings. You can't "make" anyone...not even a guy have one.

Its not difficult at all if you know the right moves and ask her what her favorites are. Most women love oral but its really up to the girl you're with. Good luck.

Not difficult at all if you know what you are doing. Ask her what she likes and how she likes it. Usually some clitoris action will do the trick. But remember each girl is different--some like it rough so don't be gentle, some like it slow, don't go fast. figure out your girl and go from there. One more thing--if its all about you, its not likely to happen for her.
