cycle..best..can be stationery bike indoor

or do simple exercise, which i saw elva hsuan demo

sit on chair as per normal

hands on the side of ur knees..

ur knees will move sideways and ur hands will move inwards..there will be contrast force

I think... should 1st lie down & cycle with your legs!
Try not to do jogging because the shrank would become bigger!
