Don't wait for you to gain weight before you start working out. Start now and those muscles will be there in no time at all.

Healthy ways to gain weight? Actually, if you are already eating healthily, you are probably at your healthy weight... I know that that seems unfair for tall young men, but the fact is that you are probably going to outlive all the fatties and the men who guzzle gallons of whey drinks and take steroids... and you will likely have a lot more fun because as a slim person you will have less strain on your joints, your organs, etc. You will sleep better. You will have more energy and movement.

You don't say how old you are.... if you are just in your 20s, be patient and watch the inches and the pounds pile on as you enter your 30s and upward.... it happens to the (slim) men in my family.

God bless,

Try eating good sources of protein such as eggs and meat in your meals and in addition supplement with a high quality whey protein shake that you drink daily plus drink the shake 20 min before working out and then again after working out.
This will give your body good building blocks for building muscle.

You could change your diet I did it this way - tuna, non fried chicken, vegetables.
I use tribilus when going to the gym for that extra bit of help and use protein shakes 3 to 4 times a day (Marvel milk mixed incorrectly is a cheaper alternative to protein shakes you buy in huge tubs........when you mix it incorrectly lol).
