I notice the pain in my stomach after I eat - I can take a Tagmet or Pepcid - but doesn't help that much - What do you think it could be?

Could be a stomach ulcer. Not sure on the type of drugs u r taking but if the pain is wen u havent eatin for a while, wen u eat a lot or if u eat the wrong foods then generally it may well be an ulcer. Try eating healthier, no spicey of fatty foods, also yor gp can recommend a tablet that is better suited to yor problem.

Have stool exam to rule out parasitism. Then don't miss your meals. You may also have gastritis, try taking in hot water. If the pain persists, see your doctor, appendicitis may be mistaken as hyperacidity. Persistent pain is not a good indication. You may need further diagnostic work up.

yes i had the same thing..but i had a bad burning sensation in my stomach and nausea went on for 2 months....had a endoscopy done and they found 2 gastric ulcers..will take up to a year to heal ..call a gastro dr asap before it gets worse. could be anything.

Take a fiber cam test to make sure. Not very expensive but may cause some discomfort.

Best thing I can tell you is to talk to your Dr.

I get that too, but my Dr. prescibed Zantec. I would get mine though because of the damage Acid Reflux has caused.
Don't wait on this to get worse, call up your Dr.
