i really like this girl at school, but shes going out with another kid right now and shes been in a lot of relationships, what do i do should I not say anything and just wait to see what happens, should I tell someone i like her and if she somehow happens to break up wit the guy she goin out wit should I give her some time?

If you really like her, I think you should start talking to her as a friend, then let her know you like her after a while, a couple weeks, a month or two, or whatever.
Usually by then, you are good enough friends that you could tell her you like her and might have it go somewhere like dating.

Don't act just yet (don't wanna be a homewrecker! hahaha) but wait it out... They'll break up eventually, and then you can try to get her. Just be patient! :)
