I also have a craving for something sweet after a carbo rich dinner. I once followed the blood group diet and really felt it made a difference but its very hard to cut out bread in my professional life. Does anyone know what cause this feeling and how to beat it and keep bread in my diet.

You may most likely be becoming allergic to certain starches consult your doctor; you may also have a stomach ulcer, or datary problems.

These foods are very starchy are high glycemic carbs. Which means they enter your blood quick and and leave quick, which also means your blood sugar is quickly risen and fallen. Makes you tired, famished, and fatiqued that also contributes to the feeling hungry again

U maybe a diabetic and not know it. check with any Endocrinologist, who specializes in blood disorders

sorry but carbs are actualy energy... and thats not the reason all those food are heavy in your system so it your body needs time to digest it,, thats all
