We don't worship Moby Dick because his father was even bigger, more impressive and more important.
Some people worship Moby Dick's father, whose name is "Papa B0ner", because he killed Dumbledore (oh wait I'm thinking of Snape)

But is the entire story 100% true? Did anyone in Moby Dick perform a miracle, cure someone, make even one little spiral of fire for others to follow through the desert?
If I follow the principles of Moby Dick will my life be a better place? If I pray to the whale will my prayers be answered?
No, didn't think so.
Your error is in assuming that we worship the Bible because it is 100% true, and that is only one small part of the reason.

Because it's 100% true! If it said that whales were purple, I bet it would be worshipped by someone.
