I'm diabetic, mid-fifties, male, and overweight. What would be a good low calory start-off breakfast? Nothing too difficult to fix.

Well, a good breakfast for me is a nice plate of fresh fruits, a cup of fat free milk, a toast and maybe an scrambled egg, and of course a cup of coffee, BUT since you're diabetic you have to have a restricted diet so It will be better to ask to your doctor.
