Hi there...most likely your cat expelled roundworms. They require a dewormer which a vet can prescribe to treat as the over the counter products are nearly ineffective to treat most parasites.

Sounds like roundworms, an over the counter dewormer would kill them, but it is likely that she has multiple parasites. Bring a fecal sample to the vet and have it checked, or get something broad-spectrum that will kill tapeworms too.

roundworms are long,white,spaghetti-like worms. You need to get your cat dewormed. Contact your vet

They do sound like roundworms.
There are medications that you can buy at any pet shop or in the pet department of larger stores (like Wal-Mart) to treat them, but I would bring the cat to a vet. Prescription medications work much better.

They are roundworms. Take your cat to the vet. If it has roundworms there is a good chance it has something else.

Ask your vet. I've heard that it's not good to get a dewormer from the store.
