Can anyone tell me where to find a free translation software?

I want to use it to translate English to Chinese with English pronunciation as well.

what get free software.You go buy Penpower or chinesestar is must easy.
their can translate everything in your computer from english to chinese like in email,website pages,desktop menu and word or excel

The only good free translation programs are web based. The one we use at work is babel fish. http://babelfish.altavista.com/
