for the fresh-squeezed juices:

probably no more than 4 days. there are no preservatives to keep it fresh after that.

for pre-bottled juices:

before the seal is broken / package is opened, the juice should be fine until the expiration date.

after it is opened, maybe it depends on the juice... some are maybe only good for about 4 days or so, others may be good for over a week... take a whiff and maybe a SMALL sip to determine if it still smells ok and tastes ok...

when in doubt, throw it out!

It depends on the type of fruit. Citrus; lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit have a high acidity level so they will stay fresh longer. I would drink them within one week. Other fruits I would only keep 2-3 days at most. If you prepare a lot of juice the safe thing to do is to freeze it in small portions. The point of drinking fresh juice is for good health so you don't want to jeopardize your health with food poisoning by drinking bad juice.

I wouldn't expect that to stay safe more that 4 or 5 days :-? Because "air-tight" only means it won't let MORE air into the container... the air IN the container can start to ferment or spoil the juice.

I use Minute-Maid Frozen juices... and accidentally left a mixed container of lime juice in fridge while I was on 5 day vacation... YUCK !!

Not long I'd guess before fermentation sets in. Most store-bought juice has preservatives to stop that. Try it in reverse by keeping all the raw fruit refridgerated and only processing a small amount fresh each day.
