The hair colour stands for attention. The looks is in the haircut!!!
General rule of tumb:
Choose blonde if you want to call attention, and have lots of one night stands.
Choose brunet if you want to find someone to marry
Note: that is inversed in places where blond is natural...

Depends on what your colouring is. Some people go blonde thinking that blondes are more attractive and then they realize it totally doesn't suit them. However I'm guessing from a guys point of view you'll probably get a lot of preference for blonde.

I have no real preference, though I think green-eyed or blue-eyed girls look great with red hair, and girls with very pale eyes look great with very dark hair. It depends on the girl, her face shape, eye color, and so on.

it depends on your skin color if your white i recommend blond or if you darker i recommend the other color i like blond better
