She sounds like she is in some pretty serious pain. Please take her to the vet as soon as possible so they can find out what's wrong.

First of all I want to tell you there is no such thing as a toy Shih Tzu. Another thing it isn't a sign of coming into heat as someone said. I wish people , when they think something is wrong with their dog they wouldn't ask people here what could be wrong. The only one that can tell you is your vet. A vet should know your dog as well as you do. I would have her check out. It could be nothing , but you never know until you have her check out. Remember there is only one size Shih Tzu. Also I wish that people who has a Shih Tzu would learn how to spell it..

Is she spayed? Those are also signs of a female comming into heat.
