Are you tieing the dog? Then is he squeezing out of the collar?
Most dogs that are tied up will work long and hard to get loose as this is a cruel way to try to keep a dog. He needs to have his freedom to run, lay, play and get away from his own poop. So get a fenced in area that is secure and put him in that. I know this sounds difficult if you have no fenced area. But look at the hardware store for fencing solutions. You can get a chain link kennel for about $100. then he won't get loose. But you have to spend time walking with him and playing with him or he will be just as unhappy in a kennel as he is being tied up outside. Dogs need our companionship.
Good luck.

You really need to get a fence for your dog so it can roam, run and jump and maybe you can play fetch with it, but if you can't do this for your dog, then you need to find him a home where someone can give all that to your dog.
I'm not sure what kind of dog you have, but if it is a small one it belongs inside!!! If you love your dog...find it a good home!!!!! No dog deserves to be chained up!!!!

If your yard is not fenced your dog should not be outside. To force a dog to be tied up it's whole life is cruel. To tighten the collar would be cruel. Why can't you spend time with your dog? Why can't the dog be confined to the home?

Frankly I think what you're describing is cruel. Why have a dog if it has to live outside all the time?

EDIT TO ADD:

If you love the dog, you'll rehome it to an environment more suited for companionship. If your mother "hates animals" then yours is a hostile home for your pet. I'm sorry your mother feels that way but since she clearly runs your home, it's time to give the dog up. Your father should not have given you mixed signals. If you love the dog, you'll give him up. It's just not fair to be outside.

You should not have a dog...please give him to a family that will let him in the house and has a fenced yard. Your dog always tries to escape because it is unhappy and does not want to be with you anymore. Sorry for your luck...but give that dog up, because tying him up is illegal and someone will probably call the cops on you.

You need to get a fence or keep your dog inside. It is wrong to keep a dog tied up for long periods; in some places it is illegal.

Dogs should not be living outside. If you don't want a dog to live with you - rehome it or surrender it to a shelter. Your dog would be better off with someone who actually wants a dog.

I think I understand what you said. Dogs shouldn't be outside anyway. If you don't want your dog in the house Why do you have him?

Fix your fence!

And, I agree with Raysin's comment. No dog deserves to be in such an environment. Please contact a rescue group and rehome this dog.

Please check the spelling of your question. I am unable to determine from what exactly your dog seems to be escaping.
