There is this guy at my school that likes my girlfriend. He talked to me and said, "Why did you steal my girlfriend?" My girlfriend was never his girlfriend and she thinks that he is a crazy psycho freak. He threatens me and my girlfriend a lot and says that he is going to beat us up when we least expect it. WHAT SHOULD WE DO?!

♥ This is serious. This guy is clueless and it seems like he has nothing better to do then cause trouble. I would say report him to the principal or talk to your parents. Maybe your parents could take control. He might be joking and trying to act all tough and stuff since he likes your girlfriend but you still need to tell someone. Be on the lookout

Threatening to beat you up is assault, a felony. You might consider calling the local D.A., but you will need a witness. Other than your girlfriend, whose reliability would be questioned. Start carrying a tape recorder ready to record in case he repeats his threat, which I think is the most likely event. If you are truly frightened by this guy, do not do anything to provoke him. Tell all your friends about his threats, that way if anything happens, all fingers will be pointing to him. If he has any sense, he will stop short of violence.

You need to tell a teacher or another person of authority at school about this. Or maybe take some self-defense lessons and teach this bully a lesson. The reason why he does this is because you're letting him. So take some classes, or find someone who can teach you to fight so you can stand up to him. In the meantime, if he does hit you or your girlfriend, make sure you get the police involved. I wish you the best of luck.

Talk to your parents, your parents should talk to the principal. Most schools have a no tolerance rule pertaining to violence and drugs. Do not just ignore him. Very possibly this individual has been in trouble before or at least been reported before, therefore talking to the principal is essential. If he has been reported before then your accusations backup someone else's accusations. If he has been in trouble before then this may be the straw that breaks the camels back and he might face expulsion. Good luck

Make sure everyone you know, teachers, school staff, school counselors, your family and friends, know about his threats. If he makes you fear for your safety, report him to the police, not the school authorities (although letting them know what he has said is important). Try to have as little contact with him as possible....of course, in my own experience, if some whacko is harrassing me, if I act more whacko than the whacko, they usually leave me alone. He might be trying to intimidate you, or might be acting out some strange behavior that someone else is doing to him. You must show him you are not the person to pick on....the next time he tells you that you have stolen his girlfriend tell him, "Well, I did it because you stole my CAR and if YOU don't quit stealing my things, I'll start dating your SISTER..." Sometimes you have to fight fire with fire ---crazy is as crazy does, I say.

Number one, tell a teacher or the principal. Don't think of you telling as taking the "coward's" way out. If they guy does have mental issues, then an authority figure needs to know before he does something drastic - like shooting up your school.

If you think he is seriously considering harming either one of you,
you should talk to your parents, or the school counselors, or
a trusted teacher. It might not hurt to confront him together in
the presence of one of those trusted people so this guy would
know that others are aware of his threats and would be
more afraid to follow up. Don't put yourself in harm's way by
being out alone, or late at night alone where he could hurt you.
Use your head.

Dude, grow some balls, confront him and beat his ***!! Otherwise, if you can't prove to your girlfriend that you can protect her, then she will probably leave you for him. Young (and pretty) girls like the "Bad Boy" Macho Bullshit, and they will go for the toughest and "baddest" guys more often than not. So if you don't want to lose your girlfriend, stand up to this idiot and teach him a lesson. Good luck!

Tell an adult. Like your school resource officer or any teach will do. Good Luck. He's probably mostly all talk but you still need to tell someone.

You can take out a restraining order or take other legal action. Don't act crazy in court or they may ust think that you got yourselves into it and won't bother. No offense, this is just how many people think
