Okay, so I used to have light brown hair, had to die it black and now i have medium brown. gettin highlights. wat color? want blonde but wat bout strawberry blond or should i go red??? help!!

I'm a hair stylist and if I were doing your hair I would suggest that you get carmel hi-lites (not blonde) be different and if you like some red here and there (not to many) and depending on the length of your hair I would do the carmel on the top of your hair and leave the bottom of it dark. That's in style too. Good Luck with your decision! Get some chucky layers put in it if your hair is one length that would give your hair lots of shape plus you can style it different ways.

If you dyed your hair black, that color slides off over a period of time. to remove dye (black) I used rubbing alcohol in shampoo, several shampoos and my hair was back to my natural color. Bleaching to blonde after dying it black might be pretty harsh right now. I would only go blonde at a beauty shop, they are the professionals, let them do it.

Go for a light blonde and if you want to mix it up, put a little bit of red and it should look cute

Get a spotlight/lowlight performed. For the spotlight use a caramel colour and use a deep pink for the lowlight. I did it and that i have medium brown hair too and OMG anybody reported I appeared large. i concept I appeared large too and thats extremely all that mattered. Get the colorations thick extra like streaks and it provides you you with that edgy/funky seem you're goin' for.

Jet black hair. I have truly dark brown hair and I consider dark hair looks better. I avoid really like blonde hair.

go with a lighetr brown like honey blonde or such,,i did that to my hair and i love it!!!!!!just try to get a brown closest to the brwn in ur hair but lighter,,it will look cute and wont go off teh color scheme

I have had blonde highlites and caramel....the blonde is really bold and i didnt like them that much but everyone else did... outta blonde strawberry and red i would go with blonde.. but make sure u dont get like really blonde!! But i loved my caramel hilites they were really sexy and pretty!!

I just talked to a professional about your question and she said red highlights (for a girl) and possibly lighter brown (for guy). Hopefully this'll help.
