Has anyone ever tried nutri-system, and how did it work out for you?

You will definitely lose weight with NutriSystem because the food is AWFUL!! And I am not a picky eater by any stretch of the imagination! They give you a round cracker the size of your hand and tomato sauce in a tube and call it a pizza. I will tell you that I used their idea of having 12 oz of skim milk with every meal and that worked for me. I eat a saucer sized portion of whatever I want and then the skim milk 4 times a day and am very full. So far I have lost 18 pounds and counting and that is without adding any exercise. Good luck with your weight loss but DON'T waste your money on NutriSystem!!
