Hell is the grave not a burning place of fire. So hopefully you study what the meaning hell is. But anyway,
The bible is clear we have to be obedient to laws, in the land we live in. Only exception is when Governments or such interfere with our worship to God. Then it is within reason we disobey but in a peaceful manner. So no you will not suffer in a hellish place, you can loose Gods favor, you can suffer at the hands of men by being disobedient.

You don't understand well about God. There are 3-steps ruling in your life.
1. man-made rule ; as your father, mother, church, teacher, etc..ppl around you will teach you the rules which guide you right and wrong in your life. for example: Don't take drugs.
2. law-made rule: you never care the man-made rule and then the law will come. for example: you don't follow the rule and take drugs. the law find you out and you will be caught leading to jail.
3. God-made rule: say never repent from doing such things after jail- there comes disease in your own flash, body in and out. you will suffer physical and mantel pains through your life.
God will show you you never own your body. you can not treat it as you like. you have to obey the owner of your body.

God's law ought to be esteemed as the law of your life, not the rules of men. At times throughout history, and in the near future, there will be laws made which will directly conflict with God's law, and at that time, the Lord's true servants will disobey man's laws.
However, you should keep God's law, not out of fear of hell-fire, but out of love for your creator.
If you would like more information on having a personal relationship with the Lord, just send me a message on my profile page.
God bless you, I will keep you in prayer.

First I want to say that God's laws are above any man-made laws. With that in mind, let me quote these verses from the Bible in which people was asking Jesus if, according to the law of God, it was lawful for them to pay taxes to the Caesar, and Jesus replied by saying "'Show me a denarius. Whose image and inscription does it have?' They said: 'Caesar's.' He said to them: 'By all means then, pay back Caesar's things to Caesar, but God's things to God.'" (Luke 20:24,25) So, Jesus is saying here that you still have to pay your dues, or in other words remain "balanced" with men's laws as long as you are also keeping God's laws.
Also read Luke 6:22,23. Now my question to you is why would I consider these last two verses relevant? Think about it ;)

I don't think so. What are man made rules? Are you talking about laws?

No. But if you do not follow rules made by people, your life will be miserable. Life is a game, play it according to the rules, and you will be rewarded.

No, Jesus was fairly explicit about this. He said, "'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men.'" (Mt 15:8-9).
