Ask your dentist about obtaining a 'tongue scraper.' You can probably get one at a pharmacy in the dental products section. If not, ask your dentist to get one for you. You will be amazed how much "bad breath causing" material you will be able to remove from your tongue.

You might also consider rinsing your sinuses if you have or have had sinus issues. You might try hydrogen peroxide(swishing) and baking soda (brushing) followed by flossing and a diluted...if it BURNS...disinfecting...mouthwash.

You stated "the quickest" and so which you go away too little to paintings with. The physique would not fix fairly that directly: the physique is going far and deep -- no longer speedy, in simple terms as Nature does. besides the undeniable fact that, i'm going to assert this -- consistently visit nature to repair it. There exists the wondrous herb, the clove. that's the sprout of the clove plant dried and is the selfsame herb that cooks as quickly as did use and nevertheless do in some circles to season baked hams. you may get them in any food market interior the seasons section, acceptable there with the pepper and different herb seasonings like pepper and cayenne etc. One will do, yet use a stout clove sprout. they are small and maximum useful. you pick in simple terms place it interior the mouth and allow it to melt, truly chewing upon it -- truly ! do no longer ingest it. in simple terms enable it linger on your mouth or interior the jaw. in simple terms enable it to proceed to be on your mouth. If it is going to break or you swallow it, in simple terms place yet another on your mouth. it truly is all, and save the full little container with you. So stable are those little issues that they're going to certainly displace the smell on your mouth, so sharp is the chemistry, which just about burns. you pick no longer difficulty of the burning nonetheless; it does have a numbing result; besides the undeniable fact that, this might do no injury. it truly is going to subside. Little can stand in the past its power given which you truly decide on the "quickest way." different than for this, apples will help some besides. yet they do no longer fairly displace a stable heady scent like that of garlic, or some deep-set physiological reason prevalent interior the respiratory or digestive gadget.

Depressed over bad breath? Hmmm.....

Look up Dr. Harold Katz. He's got a thing called Therabreath that is supposed to be the hot set up.

It could be an "internal" thing...i guess...but what you could do is...uhm...carry a travel-size bottle of Listerine with you...and after every meal...or whenever you feel it is necessary...rinse your mouth with it. And for safety...if there is no sink around...carry some altoids (the red can is great!) and pop in three or four @ a time...that works instantly!

Above answers are good: floss, brush teeth ( and brush your tongue). But do you have a sinus problem? This could be a cause.
