im 11 turning 12 and i weigh 126 pounds is that bad? i am around 4ft and 5ft answer plz. if i am overweight what should i do?

you shouldn't do anything! you are not overweight at all! your very very light. you are probably one of those persons who think they are overweight but they are not and they end up putting a fork down their throught and trying to puke and lose lots of pounds but you end up dieng and suffocating!!!! AAAAHHHH!!!!

Your measurement are not drastic enough to be considered overweight, although it sound like your teetering on the line between chubby and overweight.

Sometimes girls lose excess fat when they start puberty (happened to me) but either way. Eat good food, excesses, avoid eating when you're bored or emotional. New Years is coming up. Start a resolution to exercise more.

If you get really worried, ask a doctor.

Ok...your around 4ft and 5 ft? Help us out here. Before you worry too much about your weight you may want to think about maybe taking english class more serious. It looks like it may hurt you more in life then your weight.

Yes, you have are obese. Go outside and play some sports with your friends. You are too young to start lifting weights so don't do that yet. It will stop your growth. Start when you are 15 or older.

For now, stay active and go out for a jog sometimes.

You should eat a balanced diet and get lots of exercise. Get outside and get fresh air. Stop eating junk food. Don't stay inside watching tv and playing video games all day and you'll be fine. You're a kid, enjoy being a kid! Don't spend your time worrying about your weight, just be healthy!

well im 14 and im 5'3 and weigh that... rember muscle weighs more than fat.. if your comfortable with your body then dont worry about it but if you want to loose a few then do it! just jog in place for 10 min while you watch t.vand do 15 push ups and 12 crunches everyday and you will be fine! i hope i helped sumwhat!

Because your a boy and you seem tall i think that weight is just right. if you're still concerned, take up a sport. if you're not ready for that commmitment, try little losing-weight tricks: drinking a glass of water before every meal or cutting down on portions. At your next checkup , ask your doctor what he/she thinks

Technically your obese at your current BMI. Talk to your parents/doctor/a trusted teacher to come up with solutions that will work to maintain a healthy weight.

dont worry about your weight til your 16-18 thats when you growth spurt will slow down and you'll average out if you still feel fat then worry about a good diet. oh and eat your vegetables! LOL

If you are that tall theen try running a bit, make a regular schedule, maybe eat one celery stalk a day, run a mile, maybe even take a class in a gym or something. :D
