No matter what I do I smell. I can shower and 10 minutes later I smell. I have tried every deodorant/antiperspirant known to man. I have been to the doctor and have had blood tests done, but everything comes back normal. It makes no sense to me. I don't sweat heavily under my arms either. I have never done drugs, I don't drink alcohol, and I have even eliminated foods like garlic and onions from my diet. The only thing I can think of is if it has to do with my hormones. I have to schedule an appointment with my ob/gyn and have them checked out. I sort of don't want to because if everything comes back normal, I will be at the end of the line for my search for the cause. I am just so sick of this. I can't go out and live my life. It is just so depressing that I don't want to live. I have no one to talk to about this. My family as well as friends shun me. I am a sophomore in college and it is really affecting my education as well. I really don't know what to do

From what I have read, you may be having a problem with bacteria.
I believe "What you don't know may be killing you" by Dr Colbert has information about this. You can get the book here:
http://www.amazon.com/What-You-Dont-Know-Killing/dp/159185217X/sr=8-1/qid=1167356875/ref=sr_1_1/104-0037894-5780738?ie=UTF8&s=books
Try increasing your water and fiber intake so that you have no less than 1 bowel movement per day. Being constipated usually plays a large role in this problem.
You may also need to cleanse your system with a parasite cleanse consisting of 3 herbs taken together in large doses. (Don't worry, it is perfectly safe)
Take 10 capsules each of Black Walnut hull, Cloves, and wormwood. Take them all at the same time.
Once you clean yourself out and are getting plenty of fiber, you should notice the body odor going away immediately.
After using the herbs, I suggest you repopulate your intestines with good bacteria such as yogurt, kefir and Kombucha.
you should be able to find all of the herbs and more health information at this site:

Hope you are odor free soon...

Wish you could tell what kind of body odor, and where the odor is coming from.

Have you tried cutting beef out of your diet? Are you eating too many simple sugars like white bread, white sugar, sweets? Believe it or not, that can cause you to have body odor. Cut those things out of your diet and drink plenty of water (not sugary drinks or sodas).

I'm sure you've tried using an anti-bacterial soap in the shower. After your shower, sprinkle some baby or talcum powder on your body to help absorb the oils.
Are you washing your clothes well, possibly with Arm and Hammer or some other detergent that will get body oils out and help the clothes smell fresh? Take a clean towel every single time you shower, wash your towels using bleach.

Are you sure your family and friends can also smell the odor? Are they perhaps shunning you because of your negative feelings and attitude? Can you go to a counselor at your college, just to vent and get some support? Most colleges offer free counseling sessions to students, and it would be good for you to take advantage of that.

Body oder does not only appear due to foods, clothes, cleanliness, etc. It can also appear with illness.

Some people can 'smell' sickness in others! Thus, it could be that you have an illness?!?

You might consider adding chloriphill (sp) or 'Activated Charcol' to your diet. This may also help.

IMHO,

Good Luck!

what you have is a medical condition that, you, cannot control. you must see a doctor that specializes in this field. this condition was shown on 60 minutes or a show similar to it. i wish i could remember the name of the condition, but it is real and affects millions. tell the doctor and he/she will direct you to the proper
specialist.
