i would do it but im pretty sure her first kiss was at my 8th grade dance when my best friend made out with her in the middle of everyone and she ran away and no one could find her then next day at school everyone was calling her **** and crap and i was really the only one that stud up for her bec i knew who she was and the fact the my best friend was just looking to make out with somone and she just got caught in the moment and i was thimking it might be better to do it somewhere more romantic and away from everyone

What better time to kiss a girl than New Years Eve. Go for it. If you have been dating a couple of months, then she must like you. Sounds good if you'll be alone. If you're at a party for new years then I would suggest you get it over with sooner. Try saying this: "I've been wondering what it would be like to kiss you". Just start by bumping noses - your lips will find each other. Read her intentions and don't go any further than she wants to. You'll naturally progress to "making out" when it feels right for both of you.
