Absolute proof of anything is impossible. So pretty much everything. I always go with the best available evidence.

Somethings I can't prove merely because I don't have the tools or know-how. The idea of atoms and tiny molecular cells being the base for all things takes some faith. Believing that every act, every thought is merely a neurons firing and receiving, even though I know other people have studied it to death. I haven't, thus I simply believe.

Pretty much nothing. I take most science at face value, since I work in a specific subfield of it - I know I could understand it if I wanted to put in the work, but I can't do that for every topic, but I know how science works and I will accept what my doctor tells me is true.

i believe that god exists, and that he is omnipotent, omnipresent, and benevolent, yet doesn't stop every single bad thing from happening, because life would be kind of boring if everything was ok and nothing bad every happenned.
