It can be used in 3 different ways:
*as in nice to meet you: "Mucho gusto".
*as in the verb to like: Yo le gusto a ése chico. (that boy likes me)
*as one of the 5 senses (taste): el gusto es uno de los cinco sentidos.

it depends... it could mean "taste" for food or clothes, or it's used to express feelings for someone: Ella me gusta= I like her, Yo le gusto= He/She likes me.
