I'll assume you mean bowel movements. And, yes, they can have something to do with weight loss. This is how your body gets rid of waste. If that's not happening on a normal metabolic cycle, you might have a problem. You could be dehydrated, have dietary issues or some medical problem.
If your body is healthy and performing well, you will lose weight faster and have better fitness results overall.

Bile movements??? I think you mean bowel movements and no, it has nothing to do with weight loss. Eating fewer calories than your body needs or burning more calories is the way you loose weight.
