I dont want to lose too much-about 10 pounds. I'm 15, 4'10 and weight about 97. Please dont tell me "you dont need to lose weight" I want to lose the weight before spring in case I go on vacation and have to wear a bathing suit. Any ideas??

you are quite thin - your bmi is healthy - if you are 15 and you are still growing and developing losing weight is not the answer - toning is. Start weight training and running/walking/swimming.
The way to lose a lot of weight is a little at a time. :)

Cut all fast-food out of your diet.
Regular exercise.
Given that you are only 15, you are still growing, so any radical weight-loss schemes could severely damage your metabolism.
And... if the weight-loss is not happening fast enough, you can always move to Australia, because we don't have our next spring until September 2007 :-)

Start the day with a bowl of Cheerios'. Have a turkey sandwich for lunch and some celery on the side and for dinner have a baked potato with no topping. If you get a craving satify it with chocolate milk. Don't forget to take your vitimins and have 8 glasses of watter a day.

Cardio excercises, running, jumping jacks, watch the amount of pasta, bread, desserts that you eat. To tone squats, use the ball to do sit ups and pilates

okay..well you don't need to lose weight!!! to tone up just do simple things like crunches and lunges. jogging is good for you too. just don't over-do it. do a little exercise and eat healthy.

you need to workout .. and if your wanting to tone try Pilate they have dvd's $20 or less at walmart (great for toning)
or check out sparkpeople.com they have workouts there and its free

cut back couple bites in ur meal......like 5-10 . . . . . exersize with dance vidios .....they sound corney but when u are alone or with a friend it is actually pretty funny so it becomes fun.

you can try to exersise and take medicines that you think is right for you. Also, you can go to Bally total fitness center
