hi,
You are depressed and need to see someone if you start to have stupid desires to hurt yourself don't. I have been there.
Go out and do something. Or try to sort through things on your plate. Put priority first and deal with the rest. I have a lot on me too so I know. How old are you maybe that can help me more. Are you an adult with fiancial hardships. I know I am I have two children going to school and getting hrs cut at work. Too high of rent and a truck payment. I understand. My husband works overtime and we still can't make ends meet. But help me understand a little more. Or are you in school and having to deal with that pressure or what.
Sorry wish I could help more. I am almose 30 and I have lived a life most can't even compare to.
Good luck to you.
post more if you want and I'll respond
Definately though see a doctor. You may laugh but they actually help. They see what's past our shells and can open you to see what's in there and tell you things about yourself you didn't even realize such as walls you put up or anything. Try it if you don't accomplish anything after a couple of sessions don't go back.

if I get the question right,it sounds like you're doing everything for everyone else, except yourself! I used to be that way too. I finally learned to say "NO!" My life is much calmer now,and I'm getting organized,my family has to help w/ the house and I even quit going to the grocery store.Thats hubbys job now. We both work fulltime, plus I was always doing for others.I even try and get a massage every few months.Calm down, chill out,,cuz eventually,if you aren't happy,no one else will be either! Good luck!

Take a day off from everything
do things you love
-watch movies
-exercise TONS
-go ahead and eat some fabulous junk food
But you might really have depression... just go to your doctor and he will tell you if you really do or not... if so he'll give you "perky pills"
>>>find some hobby or set a goal you'll feel happy reaching it

You do sound depressed. Try getting some exercise to lift your spirits, and if that doesn't work in a week or two, see a therapist to help you out.

sounds like you need a good massage...you need a rest...charge up your battery. If that doesn't work try running out into your front yard naked and yelling YAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOO at the top of your voice. (hey...it works for me) lol
