no such thing as good and bad food, just the matter of how much you eat. but stay away from trans fat and don't overdo sugar.

A diabetic diet is the most balanced diet I've ever seen. Plenty of fruits and veggies, very low fat, some carbs and proteins. It's more changing your eating habits instead of actually being on a diet.

I replaced some of my not so good meals with salad and fruit salad. I still eat the not so good stuff but in smaller portions. Along with this and exercise, I lost 100 pounds.

vegies and fruit.........cut back on red meat ....eat whole grain bread ....if u cut back like five bites a meal u can lose 10 pounds a year
