condemn 75% of the people alive today to hell?

Lets use an estimate and say that 55% of this world is Christian. Of those 55%, how many are "saved"? It is probably less but lets say 25%. Now remember Catholics are not considered "saved", by the fanatics. So what we are being asked to believe is 75% of all the humans alive today are going to go to hell. Are you really that stupid?

I believe that God hates the bible more than I do for the way He is portrayed as a vengeful and jealous entity. Shame on those that wrote that hateful book.

Don't you realize that the whole concept of believe in Jesus or go to hell is absurd at the very least, but more accurately a downright lie.

Mahatma Gandhi did not go to hell? Please get real!!!!!!!!

I don't think the Bible says everyone else is going to Hell. Christians got that idea because Jesus said "I am the only way to the father" or something like that which could mean anything.

The Bible is not a hatefull book. The people that have intrepreted and quoted it out of context are the culprits. There are important lessons to be learned from even the harshest of stories/passages The key is to look for the Good of God in them not the hate.

You're confusing interpretation with meaning and fact. Plenty of evangelical preachers try to scare people into heaven by telling them they'll go to hell if they don't join their church. Most listeners don't bother to read the Book themselves and just assume the preacher knows what he is talking about. They don't like the message and/or delivery, and turn away, never knowing what they're missing. Get yourself several versions of the Bible and read them all from start to finish. It's not hateful, it's a loving, caring, consoling, comforting, hope-filled story of a Being who loves his creations no matter how silly and spiteful they can sometimes be. It tells us that heaven is being in the presence of God, and hell is His absence. We choose which way we go. That's not hateful, that's a warning for our own good.

God will judge them . Not you or me.

I think the number of people sent to hell are a very small fraction. Because it would be unfair for God to hold a soul to a higher standard than the soul can understand. and live up to.

I would probably say 10 - 15% sent to hell at most.

The Bible says "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it."

Many more will go to hell than will go to heaven.

No one has been judged except Satan.

Your numbers are a little off.

Dream up another absurd question.

It is written, have you read ???

2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

I don't believe in God, but I agree with you about the Bible. Although I've read it, it was not easy to do. I'd rather play a Silent Hill game than read the Bible, and Silent Hill games scare the crap out of me.

I believe in the Bible, I believe in God, I believe in hell and heaven. You need to ask God for help and redemtion. One day when you die you will see God face to face and he will either let you enter his kingdom: heaven. Or he will send you to hell were you will perish. It is not his fault that you made the desision to reject him. You have free will you do whatever you want with passion
God bless you

You see your question makes reference to ONE religion.According to the others, they dont give a rats ***, theyre not christian!! they will be saved by their own god (which is in theory God, except for a few like Hinduism and bouddhisme so on...) Every one is saved in their own satisfactory way. Even the Atheists.
