It's not a bad thing... it's how you feel about it. If you're happy, who cares what anyone else thinks. Too skinny is no good either, it hurts more when you get hit by a truck... just kidding. Be who you are, and get accepted for what you are and not how much you weigh.

If you want to lose weight for free, very simple... eat 3 balanced meals a day, regular hours daily, make sure you have your basic food groups (meat, fish, veggies), and stay away from fats and sugars. Cook with olive oil, not butter... and lastly, don't eat until you're full, but rather until you are satisfied... and don't eat less than 3 hours before going to bed at night, because food needs time to digest and your body at rest will only cause you to gain the pounds as you sleep.

A little overweight isn't such a biggy, but a lot overweight causes problems because our bodies aren't made to have that much weight. A good way to lose weight is by running or cutting back on food portions.

It's really true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In many societies around the world, women are only considered beautiful if they are round and curvy. Many women like men who are more on the beefy side. If people in your life are giving you the impression that something is wrong with you because you are "a little fat," those are not people who truly care about you and you should seek out new friends who can see the real you inside and aren't worried about exteriors.

Depends on where it is. Abdominal fat is the worst. A waist over 30 inches for a woman and 35 inches in a man is supposed to lead to increased risk of heart disease, stroke, all that good stuff. You can whittle your waistline with intense aerobic exercise and pumping iron, plus a low-carb diet.

If you have extra abdominal fat, you should work on getting rid of it! This is the latest clinical information on body fat being bad for your health - the worst place to carry it is in the abdominal area.

It's not such a horrible thing. It's an attitude in society that leads to anorexia and bulimia.

Being a "little fat" is not a horrible thing. What is horrible is the stress and self-recrimination brought on by peer pressure. Being morbidly obese is not healthy but still, people should NEVER judge others by their appearance.

Being a little fat isn't as bad as being a whole lot fat, and I do not not think it is a horrible thing.

ebing fat is NOY a horible thing, it is the way media has portrayed beauty, that being slim is beautiful, when in fact we should be happy with who we are and not fall for media sensationalisations of beauty!!! if you think you have weight problem, for free you should take walks whenever you can, take teh stairs instead of the eleveator etc etc, start slow then build up your walking pace.
