I am willing to do anything (except for liposuction and diet pills) to lose alot of the muscle/fat on my legs. I want to do this so don't tell me not to. Do not tell me that guys like "a bit of meat on a girl". I want answers to my question please, how can I lose muscle and fat on my legs. I do not want to gain muscle. I already look fat from all my muscle. I'm only 5ft, 15 years old. Thank you!

My friend in high school (who used to play basketball alot and then decided she wanted to be thinner) did vegetable diet. She ate a lot of raw carrots and other veggies and was eating less of other stuff she'd normally eat.

Also, there are exersise routines that will make you look thinner. Pilates is good for it. Basically, it changes the way to stand and walk, so you look thinner than before.

There is no effective way to lose fat/muscle in "target" areas. You'll have to get thinner overall, if you wish to get thinner. Lots of aerobic exersises will do it.

If you have excess body fat, a diet will be required. To make your muscles less bulky you need to do weight training in a very specific way. Mega reps with low weights.

In other words, lets say you want to reduce the bulky muscles on the front of your thighs, you need to do leg extensions but wit the lowest weight you can be comfortable with. If you can do 5 sets of 20 reps with, let's say 20-40 lbs you will be on your way. Adduction and abduction exercises should be done the same way. I suggest doing them on the appropriate machines because the rest of your body will rest while you focus on each muscle group in your legs. If you can exercise this way daily the results will be dramatic. Do not have more than 2 days a week when you don't exercise, that would be counter-productive.

Also, do not rest more than 1 minute between sets so that it has a mild cardiovascular effect as well.

If yo follow my suggestions, the results will astound you

I originally got this advice from a very famous Hollywood bodybuilding guru and I am very pleased to share it with you.

Oh yeah, one more thing. Pay more attention to the negative movement. Make sure it is slow and controlled, Good luck

Workout. Like run or walk a few miles every morning or night.

I prefer the night because after I work out, I take a shower and I fall asleep easier.

Well, there is no way to not get muscle on your legs and still get them thin. So, I suggest muscle anyway. Walking, jogging, biking, water, anything that excercises your legs.
